Each month you can meet one of the conscientious moms in our Nourish Your Kids community.

You'll get to find out a little about her family, her average day, what she feeds her kids and how she cares for herself. Our goal is to create a feeling of connection, a way of knowing you're not the only mom out there who is paying attention to her family's diet and who is parenting in a more holistic way. We also look forward to being inspired by moms and learning from them.

Our Mom-of-the-Month will receive one of our favorite books as a thank you for sharing herself with the rest of the Nourish Your Kids community.
