You really only need a handful of recipes and they don’t need to be gourmet.

We find that for most moms, trying one new recipe each week, maybe two, is more than enough. Once you have 8-10 your family likes, you’re in great shape. Maybe you’ll replace recipes as the seasons change or when you feel like you are ready for something new at the table. The key is to make meals and snacks consist of Real Food, and organic if possible. Have some good quality protein at each meal or snack. Include different color vegetables throughout the day, some whole grains, seeds and nuts, and a little fruit. This is the way to creating healthier, happier families.
